How To

1. Owners/Admins configure which account/league automations are enabled and their timing.
2. Players independently choose which notification categories and channels they want to receive.
3. The queue worker evaluates both the automation rule and the recipient’s current preferences before delivery.
4. Duplicate protection prevents the same automated event from being sent repeatedly.
5. Review delivery history if a player reports that a notification did not arrive.
