Poker Club Admin, LLC — Cookie & Analytics Notice

This Cookie & Analytics Notice explains how Poker Club Admin, LLC (“Poker Club Admin,” “PCA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, browser technologies, and analytics in connection with the Poker Club Admin website and Service.
This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Essential Cookies and Browser Technologies
PCA uses cookies and similar browser technologies where reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Service.
These technologies may be used for purposes such as:
- maintaining authenticated sessions;
- protecting account security;
- preventing unauthorized requests;
- maintaining necessary application state;
- supporting security and fraud-prevention functionality.
These technologies are used to provide functionality requested by the user or to protect the Service. They are not used by PCA for behavioral advertising.
Disabling essential browser functionality may prevent portions of PCA from working correctly.
PCA also uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a security and automated-abuse prevention technology. Turnstile is required during account registration and may be required during login after repeated failed authentication activity. PCA uses Turnstile for security purposes, not behavioral advertising.
2. Analytics
PCA currently uses Umami Cloud to understand general use of our website and Service.
PCA has configured its Umami implementation to minimize the amount of information collected.
Our current implementation:
- does not use analytics cookies;
- does not assign a persistent PCA analytics identifier to individual users;
- does not intentionally send names or email addresses to Umami;
- does not intentionally send PCA account IDs, player IDs, tournament IDs, or similar PCA records;
- removes URL query strings before analytics submission;
- removes page titles from analytics submissions;
- does not send custom PCA analytics events or custom event properties.
3. Analytics Information
Umami may process limited technical and usage information such as:
- pages or page paths visited;
- referring page;
- browser type;
- operating system or device category;
- browser language;
- screen dimensions;
- approximate country or geographic information;
- other limited technical information necessary to produce aggregate website analytics.
Network communications necessarily involve technical information such as an originating network address. PCA does not use Umami to build advertising profiles or intentionally associate analytics activity with individual PCA customer or player records.
4. No Advertising or Cross-Site Tracking
PCA does not currently use third-party advertising networks, behavioral-advertising cookies, or cross-site advertising trackers.
PCA does not use Umami analytics to serve targeted advertising.
5. Analytics Preferences
Umami supports a browser-based opt-out mechanism.
Where PCA provides an analytics preference or opt-out control, users may use that control to disable Umami analytics for their browser.
Essential technologies necessary for authentication, security, fraud prevention, or operation of the Service may continue to function because they are not optional analytics.
6. Changes to Our Analytics Practices
PCA may change its analytics technologies as the Service evolves.
If PCA begins using technologies that require consent under applicable law—such as non-essential cookies, advertising trackers, or materially different tracking technologies—we will update this Notice and implement appropriate consent or preference controls where required.
We will not characterize a materially different tracking technology as covered by this Notice merely because PCA previously used cookie-free analytics.
