Let players submit permitted amounts without making those values official automatically.

How To

  1. The player opens the secure Player Portal and submits an allowed rebuy, additional buy-in, or cash-out.
  2. The submission enters Pending status and does not affect official totals yet.
  3. An Owner/Admin reviews the amount and context.
  4. Approve the submission to post it to the official ledger, or reject it when incorrect.
  5. The approval/rejection is retained in the audit trail.
