Using the Player Portal

A player-focused guide to events, registration, results, submissions, and preferences.

How To

1. Open the private Player Portal link provided by the club Owner or Admin; do not forward it to someone else.
2. Review upcoming events and select Going, Maybe, or Not Going where RSVP is available.
3. Register for a tournament while registration is open. Registration and event-day check-in are separate.
4. Review the standings, tournament history, and cash-game history made available to you.
5. Submit permitted cash-game entries when that feature is enabled; an Owner/Admin must approve them before they become official.
6. Set your email and SMS preferences, and use the available Add to Calendar actions.
7. Ask an Owner/Admin to revoke and reissue the portal link if it may have been exposed.
