Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. Account owners can review available billing options and manage their subscription through Poker Club Admin’s secure Stripe-powered billing tools.

Where do I manage the subscription?

The account owner uses Poker Club Admin’s subscription page and secure Stripe-hosted billing tools to select a plan, review billing and manage the subscription.

Does Poker Club Admin handle player buy-ins or payouts?

No. The subscription pays for Poker Club Admin software. Buy-ins, payouts and other game activity can be recorded for club administration, but Poker Club Admin does not process player funds.

Where are customer subscriptions available?

Customer accounts, free trials and subscriptions are currently available to Account Owners located in the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Adult players and other people managed by an eligible customer do not have to reside in the United States.
