Poker Club Admin, LLC — Subprocessor List

Poker Club Admin, LLC (“PCA”) uses certain third-party service providers to operate, secure, support, and provide the Poker Club Admin service.
This page identifies third parties that may process personal information in connection with PCA's services.
Use of subprocessors is governed by PCA's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”).

hosting.com
PCA uses hosting.com to provide core infrastructure on which the Service operates.
Depending upon the service involved, hosting.com may process or store Customer Data, account information, application records, databases, backups, server logs, and related operational information.
hosting.com's applicable processing and security documentation governs its services. PCA's provider-specific DPA review and confirmation of account-specific backup retention remain pending; PCA does not state an unconfirmed retention period.
OpenAI
PCA uses OpenAI to provide the optional PCA AI Assistant.
When an authorized Owner or Administrator chooses to use the AI Assistant, PCA may send OpenAI:
- the user's submitted question or message;
- limited recent AI conversation context;
- whether the PCA user has the Owner or Administrator role;
- relevant generic PCA Help Center information.
PCA does not automatically transmit the customer's player directory, account records, tournaments, cash games, leagues, billing records, payment information, or other PCA database contents to OpenAI.
Users nevertheless control the information they type into the AI Assistant and should not submit unnecessary private or sensitive information.
PCA currently requests that OpenAI not persist Responses API application state (store:false). This does not constitute Zero Data Retention. OpenAI's applicable API security and abuse-monitoring retention practices may still apply.
Umami Cloud
PCA uses Umami Cloud for privacy-focused analytics.
PCA's current analytics implementation:
- does not use analytics cookies;
- does not assign a persistent PCA user identifier;
- strips URL query strings from analytics page URLs and referrers;
- removes page titles before analytics submission;
- does not use custom PCA analytics events or custom properties;
- does not intentionally transmit names, email addresses, PCA account IDs, player IDs, tournament IDs, or similar Customer Data.
Umami may process ordinary technical analytics such as page paths, referrers, browser/device information, language, screen dimensions, and approximate geographic information.
Stripe
PCA uses Stripe for subscription checkout, payment processing, subscription administration, and related billing functionality.
Payment-card information entered through Stripe-hosted payment functionality is provided directly to Stripe. PCA does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
Depending upon the processing activity, Stripe may act as a processor/service provider to PCA or as an independent controller under its own legal obligations. Inclusion on this list does not mean that Stripe acts as PCA's subprocessor for every processing activity it performs.
Cloudflare
PCA uses Cloudflare Turnstile as part of its automated-abuse and account-security controls.
Turnstile is required during account registration and may be required during login after server-side risk signals indicate repeated failed authentication activity.
PCA validates Turnstile server-side. PCA's security implementation uses bounded, expiring rate-limit state and does not intentionally retain Turnstile response tokens in its security audit events.
Cloudflare is used for security and abuse prevention, not behavioral advertising.
Changes to Service Providers
PCA may add, replace, or discontinue service providers as the Service evolves.
Where required by applicable data-protection law or PCA's DPA, PCA will provide appropriate notice of material changes involving subprocessors that process Customer Personal Data.
Customers with a legally applicable right to object may raise reasonable data-protection concerns regarding a new subprocessor by contacting PCA.
